I can't begin to tell you how much I have loved doing this program...I have never been able to do so well on any program before this. I have lost weight quick and safely...and my doctors are loving all my numbers coming back into normal ranges. This program in my opinion is nothing short of a miracle. I have seen it with many of the people I have met that have come into this program. All we have to do is follow the plan and it will work. It is so simple.
I have done alot of research, spoke to coaches, and I have tried the product myself and I KNOW that it works first hand..I just want to continue to tell everyone I know. This product rocks! I am taking another BIG leap of faith. Today I started the process, and I am now officially a TSFL Fast Start Health Coach. I am so excited to be able to help people officially. Take Shape For Life is the coaching side and the program. Medifast is the product. While I have much to learn, it will be with ease that I share what the product has done for me...and why it is the right program for anyone who wants to lose weight fast, get their health in order, and keep it off.
